3 Egg Omelettes
Our omelettes are served with Homefries or Grits, and your choice of toast.
You may add additional items to any of the base-omelette styles for a small cost. Salsa may even be available.

The simple Cheese and Egg omelette is here for you when you want to take the light road and not overwhelm your taste buds with all the other delicious ingredients included in our other omelettes.
We couldn’t not include the most classic type of omelette which has been enjoyed by many past generations and will hopefully be enjoyed by all the generations of the future to come, truly transcending space and time through sheer excellence.
The perfect balance of sweet and zesty, topped with swiss cheese, unless you ask your server nicely for pepperjack cheese instead.
Our Denver omelette comes with ham, peppers, and green onions. If you kindly ask your server for swiss, pepperjack, or American cheese on top of this omelette, you may find yourself very pleased with your decision.

Popular opinion says the Short Stack makes the perfect addition on the side of any other breakfast to help you really get that big smile on your face from getting a little bit of everything. It’s even a great plate to split between a couple of companions looking to supplement each of their meal just a little bit.
We make our oatmeal to order, and serve it with a bit of extra milk, so you may get your consistency just the way you like it. Desirable raisin and brown sugar supplements are even available upon pilot request, to make sure you’re getting the best bowl of oatmeal possible.
Certainly the best plate of two biscuits smothered in gravy in Rachel, NV, or maybe even all of the United States. It’s also yet another perfect side to add to any other breakfast dish, however it can make a nice way to start the day on its own, too. You may even ask your server about ordering a couple of extra eggs to have served on top of your B&G, along with a bit of shredded cheeze to really tie it all together to turn it into the ultimate breakfast meal on it’s own.

It’s wonderful, desirable bacon, along with its friends lettuce and tomato, complimented with a bit of mayo on available bread of your choice.
All grilled cheese sandwiches are great, but ours are the best. However, if a cold cheese sandwich is your preference, we’ll happily make one of those for you, too. Feel free to politely ask your server if you may add tomato or bacon to your cheese sandwich to make it extra out-of-this-world on the bread of your choice. If our soup of the day is tomato, a cup of that makes a GREAT pair with sandwich!

Our soup is made fresh daily just for you. There’s no telling what delicious soup we’re going to serve on any given day, but it should be known we try to make every Friday super clam chowder day!
Our chili is made fresh daily and follows Grandma’s tried and truely loved recipe. It contains beans and beef, and has all the right flavors. Get it topped with shredded cheese and green onions.
Desserts
All of our pies and cake are homemade. We even have ice cream and ice cream bars, as well, so you may enjoy the ice cream by itself, or we’re happy to serve our pie warmed and à la mode!
