If you’ve expected to receive E-Mails regarding any purchases or reservations, and you have not seen the E-Mails in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder, just in case it landed there.

Remember, your purchase and reservation confirmations should be in your email, and if you need make a cancellation regarding a booking for an accommodation reservation you may have made, you can do so by following the appropriate link in your confirmation E-Mail. Just make sure you beat the 24 hour cancellation deadline.
